performed in Calgary at the Jazz Festival in 2002 and at

Don Kew answered an advertisement on the back of a book of
matches and it changed his life. He was awarded a degree in
folk singing and, just as the ad said, he was well on his way
to making a fortune in the fast-paced, lucrative world of folk
music.
Don's writing style is a mix of folk, country, easy-listening and
a little bluegrass. During the day, Don is a painter and political
cartoonist. His first CD, Lost and Found in Okotoks, was
released in December 2002, the title borrowed from a line in
"Amazing Grace."
