This project is what happens when Joe Vickers, a singer-songwriter and grain farmer from Drumheller, Alberta - someone who has been kicking around the Canadian punk and folk scenes for over 20 years, decides to trade late night gigs and long highway drives for life on the farm and the adventures of parenthood. Since becoming a dad, the tour machine has slowed down, but Farmer Joe's appreciation for (and occasional disdain of) children's music continues to grow. Believing you can't complain unless you're willing to do something about it, Farmer Joe has decided to fight back against the dreaded audio-fatigue of parenthood in the only way he knows how: by writing songs about farts, farming, and everyday life; songs that won't make your eye twitch when your kids ask you to play them again, and again, and again.
