General Manager and Alternate General Manager: Oversees all aspects of the casino, ensures compliance with regulations, and manages operations, financial transactions, and security.
Banker: Supervises cash cage, manages cashiers and chip runners, documents transactions, maintains security, and ensures proper handling of chips/cash.
Cashier: Manages cash/chips in the cash cage, redeems player chips for cash, secures cash trays, and transfers chips/cash to the banker at shift end.
Chip runner: Transfers chips/cash between banker and games, verifies transactions, assists with drop box pulls, and witnesses chip counts at game close.
Count Room Supervisor: Supervises count room procedures and staff, ensures security, verifies transactions, prepares float/bank deposits, and generates revenue reports.
Sorter: Empties drop boxes, sorts cash/chips, places sorted items into bins with Box ID, and witnesses counts.
Counter: Counts cash/chips using a machine, reassembles drop box contents, and assists with sorting.
Amalgamator: Verifies and bundles cash/chips in the count room, ensuring totals match records.
