This ticket is void when a complaint has been lodged with the local police to the effect that it has been stolen. The holder of this ticket must abide strictly by the rules posted at the location of the event and acknowledges that s/he agrees with the rules entirely. The ticket holder waives the right to any claim resulting from loss, damage or inconvenience, however caused, including negligence, before, during or after the event. This ticket and the rights attaching thereto or resulting therefrom may not be ceded, sold or transferred, whether in a commercial or promotional context, with or without consideration, unless written permission has been previously obtained from the CFMF and the ticket vendor. The use of photographic or recording devices of any description is strictly prohibited.

For greater clarity: Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the CFMF, any event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer, however caused, including negligence. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording or photography of or at this event. No Refunds or Exchanges.
